Missing part of my order. I called didn’t get an answer so I sent an email with no response. PayPal account still not showing a refund.

I received this as a free sample I think. I'm not sure, but I sort of forgot about it in my pantry. I rediscovered it recently and it's become one of my favorite jasmine teas! I'm about to reorder because I don't want to run out!
